My approach is integrative, drawing from humanistic, positive psychology, and cognitive behavioral perspectives. I aim to help you ease distress while building insight, resilience, and deeper connection.

I also specialize in working with couples, and as a Certified Imago Relationship Therapist, I can help you and your partner strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and create deeper emotional connections.

My clinical experience includes psychiatric care at McLean Hospital, a Harvard Medical School–affiliated teaching hospital, and spiritual care counseling at the Betty Ford Center. I hold a Master of Social Work from the University of Southern California’s Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work and a Bachelor’s in Communication from Mills College.
